Jakarta 21/12/18 Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) merilis 25 nama bank yang dijadikan penyelenggara Kredit Pemilikan Rumah (KPR) dengan skema Fasilitas Likuiditas Pembiayaan Perumahan (FLPP).

25 bank yang masuk ke dalam penyelenggara KPR FLPP ini tersebar di seluruh di Indonesia. Sehingga masyarakat bisa lebih mudah untuk mengajukan KPR FLPP.

Demi keamanan masyarakat dalam melakukan KPR FLPP, 25 bank yang dipercayai Kementerian PUPR dinilai lewat capaian kontribusinya di tahun 2018. Hanya bank dengan capaian realisasi perumahan FLPP sebanyak 100 unit per tahun, yang dipilih dan dipercaya karena kontribusinya jelas.

Menteri PUPR, Basuki Hadimuljono sendiri mengatakan bank bukan hanya memberikan kredit murah namun juga harus memperhatikan keamanan dan kenyamanan bagi masyarakat. Yang terpenting adalah perlindungan konsumen.

“Ya saya harap FLPP bisa semakin mudah. Sekali lagi saya katakan, perlindungan masyarakat jangan lupa,” kata Basuki, di Gedung Auditorium Kementerian PUPR, Jakarta.

Masyarakat yang ingin mengajukan KPR FLPP bisa langsung datang ke 25 bank yang hari ini menandatangani kesepakatan untuk melakukan proses penyelenggaraan KPR FLPP.

Adapun 25 bank yang bisa di datangi untuk mengajukan KPR FLPP adalah Bank BTN, Bank BRIS, Bank BNI, Bank Papua, Bank Sumut Syariah, Bank BJB Syariah, Barik BJB, Bank Sumut, Bank Kalbar, Bank Mandiri, Bank BRI, Bank Sultra, Bank Suiselbar, Bank Sumsel Babel, Bank Sulselbar Syariah, Bank NTT, Bank BTN Syariah, Bank Jambi, Bank Jatim, Bank Jatim Syariah, Bank Nagari, Bank Sumsel Babel Syariah, Bank Kalteng, Bank Kalsel dan yang terakhir, Bank Kalsel Syariah.
